The Details
The rink will:
- be reusable for future seasons and will provide an ice surface of around 72’ x 80’.
- have custom-made wooden benches in the four corners of the rink and around the centerpiece to provide areas to sit, relax, and watch the skating.
- have an area to stow shoes and other items.
- provide opportunities to hold events through the winter season, such as live music, and to build on other community events, like the tree-lighting, inviting more people to visit and spend time in the Village
The rink is located in Tivoli’s Memorial Park and opened January 2019.
